Vintage Pletscher Model C Rear Cargo Rack for Bicycle w/ 2 Baskets Switzerland

Description

This rack is in great shape, came from a 1980s mountain bike that was mostly stored indoors and not ridden much. Will fit most road bikes as well, and has the adapter to fit more modern frames with the seatstay bosses. I ran this on a 70s Schwinn with 27 inch wheels and the original 80s mountain bike, it fit both. The baskets are the rigid type, NOT folding. There is some minor weathering of the aluminum and a bit of surface rust on the steel bolts, but everything works properly. The original reflector is in good shape. The previous owner scratched the serial number of the bike into the aluminum, doesn't affect the function at all. Made in Switzerland
