Here's a great large cabinet fluorescent from the Desert View Mine, with Wollastonite in combination with Calcite and Aragonite. The UV pictures have been taken using SW UV sources with appropriate Hoya filters; there is very little visible source reflection.
Here's your chance to bring an attractive specimen to your fluorescent collection. Thank you for viewing this item! Incidentally, I will be continually adding more specimens to my eBay store and putting others up for auction; please check them out when you have a chance.
    SPECIAL FREE SHIPPING OFFER:
Anyone purchasing two or more items via the "buy-it-now" option (or from my tigerowner website) will receive free USPS Priority Mail shipping and insurance (within the USA only) for those items and any others won which can be reasonably combined with them (larger items added to free "buy-it-now" shipments may require a small additional charge). International buyers of two or more "buy-it-now" specimens will receive a commensurate discount on the actual cost of shipping.
    The fine print:
Paypal payments are now the only form of payment I accept on eBay. All shipments within the USA will use USPS Priority Mail; all international shipments will use Priority Mail International. I add no handling fees to any shipments, and take full advantage of flatrate boxes where possible to save on shipping charges. I will hold specimens to consolidate shipments; however, the purchase price of all items held for more than two weeks should be paid when the request to hold the specimens is made.
All items are sold "as is" and all sales are final, so please contact me with any questions you have on this item before bidding. If any item doesn't meet your expectations, it may be returned within 14 days for a refund of the purchase price only; this means you will have paid for the shipping (both ways). Also, since all items bought and paid for are generally shipped within one business day, if you would like me to hold shipping for additional purchases (or any other reason), please let me know via email before making payment.
    ULTRAVIOLET PHOTO NOTES:
Accurately representing the true colors of these specimens under UV light through digital photography is very tricky, and dependent on many factors, including UV source lighting, background, ambient light, distance from lamp to specimen, camera characteristics, and others, even the type of monitor you use to view them. I try very hard to make sure that all photos accurately represent the way the specimens look to me under my UV lamps; however, past comments from customers indicate that the most common problem they have seen on eBay from most sellers of fluorescents (including me!) is the introduction of a decidedly blue tint to non-fluorescent or mildly fluorescent portions of the specimens photographed. The problem occurs under both longwave and shortwave UV; while I have appropriate longwave and shortwave filters on all of my lamps, some blue may creep in anyway on some photos. If you see a blue tint in any of the photos which is not specifically referred to in the text description, you should assume that it is a spurious reflection from my UV sources. Also, any tiny bright blue flecks not mentioned in the descriptive text are probably lint, not a true fluorescent response. Finally, I use 36 watt longwave and shortwave lamps mounted roughly 12 in. above the specimens in my photo setup; I vary the exposure and apeture of my digital camera (an Olympus E500) to make sure that the resulting photos look the same to me as the rocks do under the lamp(s). Thanks for taking the time to read this, and good luck in hunting down the right specimens to add to your collection!
