    Description

    Up for bid is a rare Willemite specimen from the Preguiça Mine in Portugal. The Willemite occurs as microcrystals that fluoresces an unusual Off-White color and are also phosphorescent. At first glance it looks like the Willemite is a clear glassy coating, but if you look closely you will see this is actually a mass of tiny microcrystals.
    First picture is the front under SW UV. Second picture is the front under White Light. Remaining pictures are close ups of the micro crystals.
