Half Pound Finely Sifted Sand (no rocks) fluorescent minerals mostly red green

A full HALF POUND of fluorescent HAND-SIFTED sand (only sand, no rocks).
This offer includes ONLY hand sifted sand, mostly red and green fluorescent, but other specks of color are possible.
This is from the same buckets of my small fluorescent chips offering, but I take the added step of SIFTING them so you get ONLY sand – useful for art projects, local ground fluorescent displays, etc.
It is a bit more expensive than my chips offering because of the extra time and effort to get you only sand.
Most of the sand will only fluoresce in SHORTWAVE UV, although some of it will fluoresce in Longwave UV.
None of it will fluoresce under cheap blacklights.
The picture shown in daylight weighs a half pound.
It is a picture of the sand in a one-pint zipper bag for size perspective.
You will receive a random ½ pound sifted from my bins.
The photos give you an idea of the colors that might be in the bag, mostly red and green.  It could possibly include some minor white, purple, blue, teal, yellow, or orange here or there, but do not expect that.
You may need BOTH a good shortwave UV and a good longwave UV to see all the colors.
Much will be shortwave responsive, far less, if any, longwave.
All sellers, over time, accumulate small chips and sand – it is just what happens.
I decided to scoop them all up and sell them cheap.
PERFECT for model train fluorescent layouts, works of art, or just to admire or trade - you name it!
NOTE: Typical Blacklight UV lights will not display any color.
Also, the intensity of the color will vary depending on the strength of the lamp you have.
