LONG WAVE UV
Beautiful  good sized specimen of fluorescent yellow Cerussite crystals on black (altered?) Galena with a thin coating on the bottom of matrix.
Excellent well formed Cerussite crystals, and the Galena is very interesting and attractive.
The yellow fluorescence is bright an vivid with a good long wave UV light (I use a Convoy S2). Cerussite also fluoresces under short wave but much dimmer.
From The Mibladen mining district, Morocco.
347 grams.
3-1/2" length.
NOTE!
UV images were taken using a 365nm long wave Convoy S2 UV light, you will need one as well to see the fluorescence.
