Fluorescent Hardystonite, Rich Clinohedrite Face & Willemite , Franklin, NJ #84

Description

A good sized hunk of fluorescent hardystonite with a rich clinohedrite face, willemite and franklinite from Franklin, NJ. The hardystonite is fluorescent purple, the clinohedrite is orange and the willemite is fluorescent green under shortwave UV light. The franklinite is non-fluorescent. Size: 4-1/2" x 3" x 2-1/2". Weight is 2 lb. 10 oz. or 1190 grams.
You must have a 254nm shortwave UV lamp to properly view the fluorescent response of this specimen.
I always combine shipping whenever possible. I ship by 2-day or 3-day USPS Priority Mail. I carefully pad and pack each item securely in a cardboard mailing box.
