LONG WAVE and SHORT WAVE UV
Nice "chunk" of clear Calcite from Shullsburg WIscsonsin. Fluoresces pinkish red under long wave UV light. Also it fluoresces a darker orange/red under short wave but as not bright. Nice sized specimen that has a couple dings and bruises but is overall a very nice piece.  Images #1 and 4 are under short wave UV.
Rare location.
I acquired this from a very small local club show here in WI over the summer, no label sadly, but was told the locality. It was part of an old, collection of Wisconsin rocks and minerals many of which were collected in that area.

NOTE!
I used a long wave (365nm) UV convoy2  with a band pass filter for the long wave images, you will need one as well to see the UV reaction like in the pictures.The short wave images were shot under a 6 watt short wave lamp (254nm).
