    Fluorescent Bright Green Chalcedony 3” X 1.5” X 1.25”. Found Yuma, AZ. This is a very bright specimen.
    Picture was taken with an 18W shortwave Way Too Cool lamp with Hoya glass. There are basic lamps and good lamps out there and the watts and type of glass will affect how much color you can draw out. Not all lamps are equal. Any blue/purple in the picture is either dust or glare. Color may vary depending on the monitor or phone you are viewing this on.
