Please note that as with almost all items that use suction, depending on the shower/tub surface and the position of the toy bag, some customers may have difficulty creating an effective seal to keep the item in place for long periods of time.
Things that you can do to ensure a good seal:
-Be sure that the surface is smooth and without uneven places/ridges which will hinder a good seal.  Suction cups may not maintain their suction if surface is textured or is uneven, which allows air to get under suction cup.
-Be sure that the surface is free from dirt and grease.  Since some bathroom cleaners and shampoos/conditioners leave an oily residue on the surface, clean the area using a cleaning item that specifically advertises a degreasing agent to help create a good seal.

Please contact me before returning any items.  The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. Items must be returned in their original condition and postmarked within 30 days after the buyer receives it according to tracking information in order to receive a refund.

At this time, Kid Store and More does offer international shipping to Canada and Australia. Please note that all international sales are final and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. All international sales are marked as merchandise, without exception. You may be required to pay additional duties when your purchase enters customs.   The estimated shipping time for First Class International is 1-3 weeks, but can take up to 6 weeks depending on circumstances and location.
