Bright Orange Fluorescent Sodalite from Canada #1

Description

A good-sized chunk of fluorescent sodalite. Best response is under longwave (orangey-yellow) but it also responds under shortwave with a darker pink/less orange. Photos 1-5 are longwave UV and photos 6 &76 are shortwave. Both longwave and shortwave UV responses are brighter and better in person. Collected in Quebec, Canada. Size: 4-1/4" x 2" x 2". Weight is 1 lb. 9 oz. or 442 gr.
