325g Fluorescent Willemite Calcite Sterling Hill Mine NJ WC10-9

Description

Grade A - 325 gram piece from the Sterling Hill dealer stock (not the dumps!) in Ogdensburg, NJ.
Under shortwave UV light the mineral fluoresces a brilliant green (willemite) and red/orange (calcite) as seen in the listing pictures. The willemite is nicely phosphorescent in this piece.
Approximate dimensions - 3" x 2.5" x 1" - 325 g
The lamp used to take this picture was our custom 18 Watt  shortwave UV lamp along with a Nikon D3300. No camera lens or photo enhancements were used so what you see is very close to what we saw in person.
